Privacy Notice Netflix has announced the exciting news that its teaming up with Victoria Beckham for a sensational new documentary series. It comes after the streaming giant was impressed by her appearance in the recent series about her husband David Beckahm’s dazzling football career, which proved to be a smash hit. The docuseries, which is yet to be given a name, will delve into Victoria’s transition from pop sensation with the Spice Girls to fashion mogul. The synopsis teased: “Her Posh Spice days may be behind her, but today Beckham is on a journey to build a fashion empire – and now, fans will be able to see the story behind it all.” At the Edinburgh TV Festival, Netflix’s Director of Documentary Series, Adam Hawkins, revealed: “We are working with Victoria Beckham on a project.” He praised Victoria and said: “She is surprising, she is warm, she is witty and now we are going to get to hang out with her for the next few months. This is an observational documentary following her, behind the scenes in Paris and with her family.”

The documentary is being produced by David Beckham’s own production company, Studio 99 which also worked on his Netflix documentary and Dorothy Street Pictures, the creators behind Coleen Rooney’s Wagatha Christie documentary, reports the Mirror. Victoria launched her fashion brand in 2008, and it’s been a huge hit with celebs, including Kim Kardashian, Rosie Huntingdon-Whiteley, and Gwyneth Paltrow. In 2019, she expanded into skincare and beauty.
