The glamorous Geordie icon, well-known for her reality TV stints and candid personality, is hosting the upcoming second season of Second-Hand Showdown. The series will be making a splash on E4, not to mention captivating audiences across Channel 4 socials. Set those reminders for the premiere date, because Vicky’s thrift-chic spectacle launches on E4 and YouTube come August 12, 2024. Get cosy for binge-worthy six episodes, each packed into an engaging 25-minute edit for the telly, or catch the streamlined 12-minute episodes made perfectly for YouTube. In collaboration with online marketplace Vinted, this competitive style showdown pits fashion stylists against one another as they hunt down top-tier pre-loved treasures to revamp wardrobes. Each episode will feature two individuals eager to inject some second-hand glamour into their closets, assisted by the keen eyes of stylists Sabrina Grant and Joey Bevan.

Reacting to her new venture into the sustainable fashion scene, Vicky, aged 36, shared her excitement: “I am a big fan of pre-loved fashion and the way it allows me to express my personality through outfits, so this series was right up my street”, reports the Daily Star. She gushes over her time on set: “I’ve had a brilliant time working with Sabrina and Joey and all the team behind the scenes to prove that anyone can unleash their unique style through thoughtfully selected second-hand clothes.” This fresh project isn’t the only reason Vicky’s been in the limelight as her wedding with Ercan Ramadan is set to get its own screen time after news broke in June about the couple’s special day getting documented for an exclusive TV feature. Anticipation is high for Vicky Pattison: Destination Wedding, where Vicky and her beau are set to say “I do” amidst the sun-soaked vistas of Puglia, Italy.

Airing as a two-part extravaganza on E4 later in the year, each episode promises to be an hour crammed with drama, love, and luxurious touches fitting Vicky’s dream day – with a star-studded guest list to match. Described in the official synopsis: “With the support of their family and friends, the couple plan for an Italian wedding celebration sure to be packed with the lavish style of Vicky’s dreams and a guest list peppered with some familiar friends.” Back in June, Vicky couldn’t hide her excitement, confiding: “No doubt there’ll be tears, tantrums and tense moments over table plans! “But ultimately, we can’t wait to start this next chapter of our lives surrounded by our incredible friends and family. I’m finally getting my happily ever after.” Second-Hand Showdown premieres on E4 and YouTube on August 12.
