Privacy NoticeMarried at First Sight UK’s Amy Kenyon has dropped a major hint that she and her on-screen husband Luke Debono are still an item. The Blackburn-based wedding planner, who joined the show late, left fans surprised when she and Luke didn’t hit it off immediately. However, the pair started to hit it off during the honeymoon. Despite being matched by relationship gurus Paul C Brunson, Charlene Douglas and Mel Schilling, Amy confessed that Luke gave her “the ick” shortly after they said their vows, as he was being overly nice to her. The show’s couples are required to keep mum about their relationship status until the season finale airs on E4. However, Luke may have let slip that he and Amy are still together.

In an Instagram Story update, she informed her followers that she had been a victim of theft in Manchester. “Hi everyone, I had my phone stolen in Manchester on Saturday and I have very limited access to my socials. Bear with me and I’ll be back soon,” she posted. Amy later updated her fans, revealing that she had managed to get a temporary phone. “I have a new temporary number, this is the quickest way to contact me as I can only get on here on safari at the moment and have no clue how to use it. Friends and family, direct message so I can send.” However, it was a post from Luke himself about his wife’s missing phone that sparked rumours the pair are still together. “My wife Amy has had her phone stolen. Please bear with. Thank you for understanding,” he penned. Following this, Luke shared a snap of him and Amy from their time on Married At First Sight, adding a rather cryptic caption: “What is difficult will make us better.”

The Sun reported that Amy and Arthur kindled a romance after the previous series wrapped up, exchanging messages for some time, but their love story came to an end when she joined the current season. Amy and Luke’s marital journey hasn’t been smooth sailing. Just moments after saying ‘I do’, Amy expressed her discomfort to her bridesmaids, stating that Luke’s affectionate nature and compliments were giving her “the ick”. She later found out from his best man that Luke used to work as a butler in the buff, which left her feeling “uncomfortable” about his past. However, after a heart-to-heart with her friends, she decided to put her doubts aside. The couple then jetted off on their honeymoon where they seemed to really connect.Story SavedYou can find this story in  My Bookmarks.Or by navigating to the user icon in the top right.Follow OK!
