Harlan’s latest adaptation, Fool Me Once, topped the Netflix charts and features Coronation Street’s Michelle Keegan as lead character, Maya Stern. Upon the success of the series, Michelle received a 2024 Variety Club Silver Heart Award for outstanding achievement in global television and streaming. Richard starred in Fool Me Once as Maya’s murdered husband, Joe Burkett. But it’s not the only Harlan Coben series he’s appeared in. Richard has also starred in The Stranger, Stay Close and will play Ellis Stagger in Missing You. Meanwhile, Jessica Plummer is also a familiar face to viewers after playing Chantelle Atkins in EastEnders. Chantelle was the victim of domestic abuse and was killed by her husband Gray Atkins (played by Toby-Alexander Smith). After her departure from EastEnders in 2020, Jessica then went on to star in BBC thriller The Girl Before where she dated her co-star Ben Hardy for 18-months. Another of Harlan’s novels, Run Away, has also been picked up by Netflix with a series on the way. Along with Missing You, this will be Harlan’s 9th on-screen adaptation.Story SavedYou can find this story in My Bookmarks.Or by navigating to the user icon in the top right.Follow OK!
