Privacy NoticeAnt McPartlin has been on cloud nine ever since he welcomed son Wilder into the world – and now the newborn has made his first ever Britain’s Got Talent debut. Ant, 48, has been a staple host on Britain’s Got Talent since 2007, and now it looks like his son could follow in his footsteps as baby Wilder made an appearance at the ITV talent show studios too. Anne-Marie Corbett – Ant’s wife of three years – gave birth two weeks ago and brought their son to visit his dad’s place of work for the BGT semi-finals. While Ant has been soaking up time at home for the early days, he joined best pal Declan Donnelly to present Britain’s Got Talent this week as the competition’s live shows return. But when Ant spotted Anne-Marie, 46, and Wilder – who were outside but shielded from the rain with a giant umbrella – the TV presenter was beaming and quickly ran up to greet them both.

With Anne-Marie already mum to two daughters; Daisy and Poppy, from a previous relationship, Wilder is Ant’s first little one. The pair welcomed him on 14 May, announcing the happy news on social media. Ant shared a picture of himself shirtless and cradling the newborn, writing: “Welcome to the family. Wilder Patrick McPartlin. Born, 14/05/24 at 8.54 am. Baby is beautiful, Mummy’s a legend, Sisters are over the moon. Dad’s a mess.” As he celebrates the birth of his son, Ant McPartlin has shared a touching picture of his tattoo that is a tribute to his wife Anne-Marie Corbett and her two daughters – Daisy and Poppy. In the image, Ant’s tattoo shows a huge blossoming tree with the names – Amzie (presumably for his wife of three years Anne-Marie), his two step daughters, Daisy and Poppy, and Ant’s two pooches – Milo and Bumble. Ant was married to make-up artist Lisa Armstrong for 11 years but, in 2017, they announced their split. After their marriage ended, Ant started dating Anne-Marie, who worked at the same management company as best friend Declan Donnelly’s wife, Ali Astall, for ten years. Anne-Marie had separated from her husband, the father of her two children just a few months before Ant’s divorce was finalised. In an interview with The Sun, Ant said that neither he nor Anne-Marie were looking for love when they grew closer: “We were going through turmoil. It was the last thing on either of our minds to get into a relationship. But there we were like ‘This felt so good, why deny it.'”Story SavedYou can find this story in  My Bookmarks.Or by navigating to the user icon in the top right.Follow OK!
