Founder Trinny Woodall, who was once a sceptic of eye creams, took to social media to unveil the Take Back Time formula, retailing at £65. She shared how, after three years of dedicated research and development, her team has crafted a product that enhances the skin’s core functions. This beauty breakthrough focuses on the delicate eye area, which can age up to a decade faster than the rest of the face due to slower cell renewal, leading to persistent wrinkles, pronounced crow’s feet, and dark circles. The fashion and beauty guru, aged 60, revealed on Instagram: “As much as I said I would never use an eye cream, but secretly I wanted to do one. I’ve just never found the ingredients until we discovered some longevity research into miniproteins and their effect on slowing down the ageing process. It’s the perfect ingredient to build our formulation for Take Back Time.” READ MORE: UGG’s Goldenstar clogs have sold out everywhere– but I’ve found a very similar £23 pair READ MORE: Next’s new ‘coatigan’ is the perfect way to stay warm in autumn – and it’s under £50 She continued: “Take Back Time deals with the past, the present and the future you. The past you with all the damage that’s been done, and is where our two mini proteins start to work in slowing down the ageing process, so your lines will reduce over time”, reports the Express. Promising to tackle both immediate and long-term concerns, the £65 product contains pro-derma hyaluronic acid, which provides intense hydration, as well as hexapeptide-8 and ashwagandha to combat stress, lack of sleep, and inflammation.

In a video showcasing the product, Trinny explained: “The present you is you wake up with dry eyes and you look tired, there is no hydration there. So we put in the most advanced form of hyaluronic acid called pro-derma hyaluronic acid, it goes twice as deep around your eye area. You’re going to get hydration that really lasts. It’s like giving your eyes a bath they can ever wish for.” She added: “Now the future you is about the things that happen today and affect how you look in the future – it’s the stress of the day, the lack of sleep, inflammation. Hexapeptide-8 and ashwagandha are the perfect combination to deal with these issues.” Clinical trials have shown impressive results, with users noticing a visible reduction in crow’s feet and under-eye lines after just four weeks. Continued use over 12 weeks also improved eyelid sagging and eye bags. While there are no customer reviews yet, fans have taken to social media to share their thoughts on the new product. Some have expressed excitement to try it, with one saying: “If it’s anything as good as your neck cream it will be phenomenal.” However, others have raised concerns about the price, with one commenting: “It looks good but expensive.” The Trinny London Take Back Time eye treatment can be snapped up for £65, but if you’re after a more budget-friendly option, Evenswiss’ Rejuvenating Eye Complex is a vitamin-packed, non-greasy cream available at Dermoi for £37.
