Privacy NoticeDermot O’Leary and Rochelle Humes brought their charm to This Morning’s summer edition on Monday, sharing the screen with vet Scott Miller. Scott was there to chat about pet safety during the hot weather but also dropped heartwarming personal news. The adorable rescue pooch Mango, who accompanied him, has been adopted by none other than Scott himself. Scott confessed to viewers: “I am so in love it’s insane,” and encouraged them to share their own pet tales. Dermot couldn’t help but comment: “That dog doesn’t know he’s born, he’s going to have a lovely life. Look at him so cute.” Rochelle added: “The way Mango’s looking at you Scott while you’re talking is the most adorable thing – look, look!” READ MORE: Bobby Davro fights back tears as he addresses fiancée’s death saying ‘I miss her more now’ MORE TV: Dragons’ Den’s Sara Davies on how she balances motherhood with being a businesswoman

Scott didn’t miss the chance to sing praises for the Dogs Trust, the charity where he found cocker spaniel Mango, highlighting their commitment to matching dogs with the ideal owner to ensure a truly ‘forever’ home. He said: “The attention to detail to make sure the dog is given the best owner possible, because what they want to do is to make sure that that forever home is forever. That’s exactly what Mango’s got with me. I’m forever grateful. Thank you Dog’s Trust,” reports the Mirror. Viewers were quick to express their adoration on X, with one fan exclaiming: “Oh my god. I am in love with Mango.” Another added: “@thismorning that has totally melted my heart – the way Mango is looking at the vet – his new owner, he knows he’s been rescued and the look of love is incredible, their love is so pure, why can’t humans be more like this.”

Meanwhile Rochelle experienced an awkward moment on the show when she momentarily forgot her wedding anniversary. Chatting with Dermot, Rochelle initially drew a blank when discussing her weekend plans but quickly recalled, “Oh I actually celebrated my anniversary with my husband, sorry about that. It was my 12th wedding anniversary and we went away with no kids – thank you mum.” Dermot couldn’t help but tease her, saying, “I love the fact you nearly forgot about this.” to which Rochelle sheepishly responded: “I know but things happen so quick.” This Morning is on ITV weekdays at 10amStory SavedYou can find this story in  My Bookmarks.Or by navigating to the user icon in the top right.Follow OK!
