More infoJoin us on WhatsApp The gripping finale of The Traitors series three has just aired, and we’ve got our winners. Leanne and Jake have scooped up the almost £100,000 jackpot after a jaw-dropping twist in the final episode. In tonight’s nail-biting show, the last five contestants battled it out to survive one more night, following weeks of tense roundtables and shocking murders. Among the four Faithfuls left were ex-diplomat Alexander Dragonetti, chic interior designer Francesca Rowan-Plowden, savvy project manager Jake Brown, and tough former soldier Leanne Quigley. Charlotte Berman stood alone as the remaining Traitor after her brutal betrayal of fellow conspirator Freddie Fraser at the previous roundtable. But the drama didn’t stop there – host Claudia Winkleman threw in a game-changing twist before the final roundtable.
Leanne and Jake celebrated their win in The Traitors final
She announced: “The Seer has the power to know one other player’s true identity. The Seer will invite one player this evening to a private face-to-face meeting. That player that they have chosen will have no choice and must reveal if they are a Faithful or a Traitor. This power could turn the entire game on its head,” reports the Mirror. The suspense reached fever pitch in Thursday’s episode when Frankie was unveiled as The Seer, and decided to uncover Charlotte’s true allegiance, leaving the players reeling. In the gripping final of Friday’s show, Charlotte confessed to Frankie that she was a Traitor. Despite her attempts to persuade the other players otherwise, they chose to banish her at the last roundtable. With only four contestants left, Claudia threw in one more twist – an opportunity for them to vote another person out of the final group. The remaining four decided to banish Alexander at the last moment, before Leanne and Jake turned on Frankie, banishing her next. This left Leanne and Jake as the winners of the £100,000 jackpot, which they decided to split between them.

Fans flocked to Twitter to share their thoughts on the final, with many upset for Faithful Frankie. “Absolutely devastated for Frankie,” one said. “She’s quietly been my favourite the whole way through.” Another viewer said: “Still trying to get over Alexander not winning… But we need him in Strictly, in Race Across the World, I’m a Celebrity… in something. We need to see more of him on TV.” Meanwhile others weren’t pleased about Leanne winning, with one saying: “Fuuuuuuuummmingggg Leanne won the traitors…anyone but her!” Overall, fans were impressed with the episode, calling it “brilliant” and “epic”. Before the final, the Traitors finalists gathered at BBC’s New Broadcasting House in London to watch the episode together with Claudia. Dressed to the nines, the five stars posed for photos and were seen deep in conversation, suggesting there’s no hard feelings between Charlotte and the rest of the Faithfuls. They were joined by The Traitors: Uncloaked host Ed Gamble, who is hosting a special episode of the spin-off after the final. In a heartwarming revelation to The Mirror, Minah Shannon opened up about a sweet off-screen farewell she received from Claudia following her exit. “Claudia did come and say bye and a couple of people did as well, because when you’re banished – that’s it, you’re gone,” she shared. “There’s no ‘I’m off now, see you later!’ You’re just removed from the situation. So it was really nice that she came to say bye. She didn’t have to but that did mean a lot and the same with some of the producers, they said goodbye.”
