Privacy NoticePop sensation Camila Cabello’s chat on The One Show tonight (September 30) took an unexpected turn, leaving the Havana hitmaker a tad uneasy after facing interrogation over her pub preferences. Gracing the couch with funnyman Al Murray, Cabello was all set to discuss her latest musical offering, ‘C, XOXO’. The interview went off-course right off the bat when host Alex Jones probed into her fondness for the pub. “Do you like a pub, this is what we hear?” Jones asked. “I do, I love an English roast. I love a pub,” Cabello responded, even diving into a light-hearted debate over roast meats, declaring her choice: “I’ve gone chicken.” Co-host Roman Kemp chimed in with his culinary preferences, mentioning he’s all about “lots of stuffing” with chicken, prompting the banter to stray too far from the album promo, reports Wales Online.

Kemp had to steer the conversation back to Cabello’s tunes, noting her apparent discomfort: “You’re looking nervous,” he observed. “Well look… let’s get back to the brand new music.” Yet, the attempt was briefly thwarted as Al Murray piped up with a wine-related tangent. After a bit more back-and-forth, Kemp finally managed to wrangle the discussion back to Cabello’s artistry, prompting chuckles around the studio as he declared: “Ok, let’s try and do this again. Back to the music.” Despite the interview taking an unexpected turn, it was still a step up from Cabello’s last appearance on The One Show. In March 2022, the singer experienced a wardrobe mishap live on air, accidentally revealing her bare chest to viewers as she got ready to dance via video link, all before the watershed.
