Privacy NoticeGymnastics sensation Simone Biles and her NFL star beau Jonathan Owens are making noise with their sweet relationship goals. The power couple, who’ve been busy collecting medals and touchdowns, shared that while they have a soft spot for little ones, they’re waiting to tick a few more personal achievements off their list before diving into parenthood. Chatting with the Today show’s Hoda Kotb, Simone spilled the tea on their baby plans: “Yes, me and Jonathan always talk about kids, and he would have had them yesterday if he could have.” It seems like their future will indeed feature the pitter-patter of tiny feet as she added, “Obviously we both have goals that we want to achieve before we start a family. But, yes, that’s definitely in our future.”

As someone who’s got her hands full of Olympic golds from the Paris Olympics to her historic Rio run, Simone didn’t shy away from talking about her enduring love and authenticity towards gymnastics, stating, “Someone who loved the sport, had fun doing it and just was authentically herself.” Jonathan stirred a bit of a buzz back in December 2023 when he confessed on The Pivot podcast that Simone didn’t ring any bells for him when they initially crossed paths on Raya in 2020. He cheekily declared on the podcast, “I always say that the men are the catch.” Last month, he opened up about the criticism and shared his strategy for dealing with online negativity. Speaking to Us Weekly magazine, he said: “I don’t mean to cuss, but like, damned if you do, damned if you don’t. If you say something, they’re going to say something; if you don’t say something, they’re going to say something.” He added, “So, just live your life. People are going to talk about you anyway, so you might as well do it the way you want to.” Simone has stood by her partner amidst the controversy, revealing that she simply “rolled her eyes and laughed” during the incident that went viral. Earlier this year on the Call Her Daddy podcast, she explained: “He never said I wasn’t a catch. He said he was a catch… He praises the ground that I walk on. Truly, I’ve never met a man like him.”Story SavedYou can find this story in  My Bookmarks.Or by navigating to the user icon in the top right.Follow OK! MagazineFacebookTwitterCommentMore OnOlympics
