For catching up some much-needed sleep, no flight particularly a long-haul one can lack an eye mask. Millie picked the Olesilk Sleep Mask, £15.99 from Amazon, and made of pure 100% mulberry silk, reports the Mirror. The mask has a thick, padded design that fastens with velcro at the back of your head and is perfect for blocking out all external light. The silk material and cushioning also make it comfortable to wear, with no digging in or rubbing that masks with elasticated straps can cause. Also on her list to help get some sleep during her flight is the ARTAH Sleep Tonic, £32, which Millie explains she takes about an hour before she goes to sleep. The tonic is packed with botanicals like valerian, passiflora and California poppy which help you switch off and give you a restful sleep without feeling groggy or drowsy when you wake up. She also revealed that she brings her own compression socks to avoid water retention and swelling whilst in the air. Milly’s go-tos are the Bamboo Compression Socks from Ostrich Pillow, £25.99 (was £29). Skincare saviours To keep her skin hydrated on the flight, Milly also swears by Dr Sam’s Flawless Revival Mask, £36, which she called “Super hydrating.” It promises to work its magic in just 10 minutes, with an ingredients list that includes 10% niacinamide, shea, squalane, glycerin and hyaluronic acid. SPF is essential no matter where you’re travelling to, and it’s just as important to apply it during your flight as you’re constantly exposed to direct sunlight when in the air. Milly’s suncream of choice is Lancome’s UV Expert Supra Screen SPF 50 Invisible UV Serum, which is currently on sale reduced from £40 to £32. She also uses the Space NK Large Travel Bag, priced at £36, to store all her beauty essentials. Its clear design makes it perfect for breezing through airport security while still providing ample space for all your travel-sized products.Story SavedYou can find this story in  My Bookmarks.Or by navigating to the user icon in the top right.Follow OK!
