Privacy NoticeStrictly Come Dancing icon Shirley Ballas has revealed the impressive results of a juice cleanse, showing off her enviable figure in a black and white polka dot bikini. The 63-year-old dancer and head judge posed for a mirror selfie and captioned the picture with the words: “Starting day six at @juicemasterretreats feeling so much better cleaner lighter head space more clear. This is a must for me yearly to get myself in a good place @jasonvale just simply the best place ever thank you Jason for all you do for so many people here in Portugal.” Shirley is staying at Juicy Oasis, a seven-day juice, yoga and fitness retreat in Portugal. Visitors are treated to juices and smoothies, daily fitness classes and yoga, and there is also the opportunity for meditation, spinning classes and a swim in the retreat’s pool. The retreat also offers walks, paddle boarding, massages, a sauna, tennis and canoeing. Prices start at £1,075 per person for a shared Eco pod for those wanting a glamping experience, while the biggest room, called ‘Scrumptious,’ boasts an in-room double shower, a 65-inch TV and a hot tub on the balcony for £1,800 per person if two people sharing, or £2,750 for single occupancy. Carol Vorderman, Rob Rinder and Alex Scott are among the celebrities who have stayed there.

She shared a message an Instagram user sent her after Shirley had posted a selfie. It read: “Shirley you always look stunning with hair and clothes. Would you consider having the warts removed from your face? I know you have lots of health and beauty treatments but I think this would be the best thing to do. I don’t mean this to be rude I completely admire you. Take care, Shirley.” Shirley replied to the message, writing: “And so it begins lol. Just for one’s information, I love the little bump on my chin I was born with it. It’s not a wart. Can always tell when @bbcstrictly is about to start, the messages get personal.” Shirley will be back on our screens very soon as the first live episode of Strictly Come Dancing will take place in September. Tess Daly and Claudia Winkleman return as hosts, while Shirley will be joined on the judging panel by Anton Du Beke, Craig Revel Horwood and Motsi Mabuse.
