Follow up with some sweetheart chocolates with raspberry

Ingredients 200g of the chocolate of your choice (dark or milk) A couple of drops of natural raspberry essence (to taste) 2 tbsp freeze-dried raspberry pieces Method Break up the chocolate and place it in a clean, dry, heatproof bowl. Place the bowl on top of a saucepan of simmering water (but don’t let it touch the water) and allow the chocolate to melt gently. Once the chocolate has melted, stir in the raspberry essence until fully combined. Sprinkle a pinch of the freeze-dried raspberry pieces into heart-shaped silicone moulds. Remove the chocolate from the heat and carefully pour it into the moulds. Place the moulds in the fridge to set for one hour. Once set, gently remove the chocolates from the moulds and serve.
