Privacy NoticePrince Harry has sparked speculation that he may have gotten a new tattoo after being spotted visiting a popular tattoo parlour in New York City. The Duke of Sussex, who recently turned 40, was in the Big Apple for a series of solo appearances at events linked to the UN General Assembly High-Level Week. During his trip from his California home, he was seen visiting East Side Ink, a Lower East Side tattoo shop favoured by A-listers, accompanied by his minders and a police officer. According to reports, Prince Harry spent around an hour inside the tattoo shop, which has been frequented by celebrities such as Chris Hemsworth, Robert Downey Jr. , Scarlett Johansson, Chris Evans, and Jeremy Renner. However, shop owner Josh Lord remained tight-lipped about the Duke’s visit, telling the New York Post: “I can’t confirm or deny anything. We treat all our customers as if they were royal, because to us they are. We always honour their privacy. From everything I’ve seen he seems like a phenomenal guy. Personally I have never spoken a bad word about him. Good luck to him and all his ventures.” It is believed that Prince Harry’s visit to the tattoo parlour was part of an upcoming project, and he was only inside to film a segment for a stunt. The Duke’s trip concluded with an appearance on the Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon, where he was filmed screaming and swearing as he navigated a haunted maze with the TV host.

The spooky experience featured a cast of actors who jumped out when least expected, making for an entertaining segment. However, there was a slightly awkward moment when an actress playing a zombie didn’t recognise Harry. After he passes her by, she’s seen asking a colleague, “Who was that?” When her co-worker informs her it’s “Prince Harry”, she covers her mouth in shock, seemingly unable to believe she just scared the younger son of King Charles. In another part of the segment, Harry humorously pointed out that one of the other actors resembled Canadian singer Michael Buble. “Is that Michael Buble? Good job, buddy,” Harry quipped.

At the end of the walk, Harry playfully pretended to throw a punch after being startled by an actor who jumped out at him. Harry made several appearances at events associated with the UN General Assembly High-Level Week, including a star guest feature at the Clinton Global Initiative in New York on Tuesday. A source close to the couple has refuted claims that this indicates them drifting apart – instead stating they had always intended to maintain their own separate public profiles since stepping back from the Royal Family.
