Romance blossomed between Vicky, 50, and David, 53, on the hit ITV dating series for single parents this year, fronted by Davina McCall. During their stay at the Surrey retreat, they encountered a few issues but were able to talk things through and leave together as a couple, with the seal of approval from their children, Angharad and Tiana. At the finale, they were shown to still be together, but now, months after filming has ended, talk is bustling about whether Vicky and David are still an item today.

Taking to Instagram on Sunday, 6 October, Vicky shared an adorable video alongside David and his two grandchildren as the kids pulled funny faces at the camera. She added the caption: “This is the reason we don’t share pictures together,” seemingly confirming they are very much still together today. David was tagged in the post which he then went on to share on his own Instagram account, in tribute to their relationship and his adorable grandchildren. In another video, David’s grandchildren could be seen tucking into a dessert while he watched from behind. Other snaps followed as Vicky and David posed for a photo with the kids in the heartwarming family moment. This is the first time either of them has publicly confirmed their relationship, and the news delighted fans. Taking to the comments, one viewer wrote: “Aw I’m so pleased you’re still together”, while a second penned: “OMG… love this!” A third said: “What a beautiful couple such beautiful souls so good to see you together.”

Vicky from South Wales joined this year’s series of My Mum, You Dad after failing to find a connection following a divorce from her husband 10 years ago. While David, who hails from Bristol, was hoping to spark a romance after taking a break from dating. Their connection took a while to progress, but when they released they had something special, sparks quickly flew. While Vicky had some doubts over David’s feelings for her, by the final episode, he told Vicky’s daughter Angharad that he would definitely be continuing their relationship after the show.
