In a trailer for the upcoming series, which is expected to air this autumn, ITV viewers get to see a sneak peek of what’s to come. From dates in hot air balloons, drives through the countryside and a flirty pottery-making session, it looks as though connections are going to be made. Although emotions will be at an all-time high when the adult children will see their parents in a new light including heartbreaking confessions. One part of the trailer shows two shadowy figures in a dark-lit room embracing one another while kissing noises are being heard. Back in the monitoring room, the situation doesn’t go down well with all the kids as they all gasp while one girl looks away.

Last year’s fan-favourite couple Roger and Janey recently celebrated their first year anniversary after finding love on the ITV show. Speaking exclusively to OK! a year on from meeting, Roger said: “It’s been a whirlwind. I think back to those first couple of days on the show – then Janey came in and everything changed for the better.” As Janey added: “It’s gone by so quickly. We had about four months together before the show aired, when no one knew about us.
