To create the moreish masterpiece you’ll need English muffins, of course, as well as eggs, sausage meat, a potato and American cheese slices. The easy-to-follow recipe card lays out the preparation easily, so you can follow on. How do you make it? So, beginning with the English muffin, you’ll want to toast this until it’s golden brown. Next, move on to the 75 grams of sausage meat. You can season this with salt and pepper then get hands-on and shape it into balls before flattening into patty shapes and cooking for six to seven minutes under a pre-heated grill. Do refer to the instructions on the packaging for cooking too. Onto the eggs. For these, you’ll need to brush the inside of a metal ring with a little bit of oil and place in a small frying pan. Then, add just enough water to cover the base before bringing to the boil. Crack the eggs into the rings, cover the pan and cook for two to three minutes.
