Privacy NoticeMarried at First Sight UK newlyweds Nathan and Lacey head off on their honeymoon in the next episode of the E4 dating show. Fans watched the pair tied the knot during Tuesday’s (September 18) episode after meeting each other for the first time at the alter. During their wedding reception, Lacey opened up to Nathan and explained that she doesn’t drive because she’s lost friends in a car accident and she’s also been involved in a crash herself. Nathan’s reaction left her disappointed as he seemed to move on the conversation to another topic instead of showing any emotion towards what she had to say.

Married at First Sight UK 2024 first episode leaves E4 viewers all saying same thing

As they enjoy some time together in The Gambia, Nathan and Lacey continue to get to know each other and the bride doesn’t waste time in confronting Nathan. Lacey says to the camera: “I had the best date with Nathan but I do feel like I need to speak to him about a few things that bothered me. I do need somebody who is emotional intelligent.”

She tells her husband: “So, I don’t know if you was aware but when I was opening up to you I just felt your reaction was a bit cold. I felt like you was trying to shut me down but I was trying to ope up. ‘It’s easy for me to get a bit distracted. I don’t want to blame my ADHD but whether I was just not in the right head frame but I just daydream. I apologise and I’ll switch on next time you mention anything deep for you.”

Nathan apologises to Lacey and reassures his wife

“I’m open to hearing more about you and hearing what it’s like having ADHD because I am your partner and it helps me understand you. So you even saying that is a big step for me.” Nathan later tells Lacey “I’m here for you.” Fans will have to wait and see if Nathan and Lacey have a successful honeymoon and if they make it through to the end of the experiment as a married couple. At present, it is too soon to confirm whether the couple are still together, as their relationship status will not be disclosed until the conclusion of the experiment.
