Privacy NoticeMarried at First Sight contestant Sacha Jones is barely recognisable in a resurfaced photo from her Miss Birmingham victory. The 29 year old beauty specialist is searching for long-lasting romance on this year’s show, taking a huge risk by tying the knot with someone she’s never met. But before she dazzles new spouse Ross McCarthy with her looks, Sacha has already won accolades for her beauty and charm in the past. Sacha took home the Miss Birmingham, UK crown in 2018, and a vintage photo on her social media shows her sporting long, dark locks and a fitted white dress. At the time, she posted: “I’m still pinching myself over what actually happened last night! Today I woke up your Miss Birmingham 2018 and will be representing the best city in the Miss Great Britain finals.”

Her brunette locks are a different look to her blonde locks now

Sacha won Miss Birmingham UK in 2018

“The moment I’ve worked so hard for is finally here and I am so thankful for all that have supported me! My biggest supporter has definitely been my partner @jackjonesbodybuilding attending every appearance with me, being the biggest help with my events and always encouraging me! I also want to thank my mom and dad.” Expressing her gratitude for the support she received, she gushed: “I can not thank you judges enough. I also won the Miss Charity award on the night which is my favourite award I always strive for and I couldn’t of done it without any of you! Now straight on to the next, time to work just as hard for MISS GREAT BRITAIN LETS DO BIRMINGHAM PROUD.” Years later, Sacha is unrecognisable with her stunning blonde tresses. Her MAFS UK profile boasts: “Proud Brummie Sacha lives with her two cats, Olive and Diego. Coming from a competitive family, being a go-getter runs in her blood and pushes her to be as ambitious as she possibly can be.” Not only has she become a fierce kickboxer, but Sacha has also been rocking the beauty pageant world since she was a little girl of six. Family means everything to her, especially her dad. A self-confessed ‘Daddy’s girl’, Sacha is determined to make her father proud, who’s all about traditional values and so far, no bloke has measured up. Fans are speculating her and husband Ross have split

The current season of Married at First Sight has already been packed with drama but by sticking to the rules of the series, we won’t find out contestants’ current relationship status until the final vows have been aired on TV. The future of Sacha and Ross’ relationship has especially attracted attention recently, with eagled eyed fans spotting potential clues that has many thinking they’ve solved whether the two are still together before it’s been revealed on TV. Sacha has added fuel to the ‘split’ rumours by heading to a star-studded event without her ‘new husband’ by her side. Last week, Sacha headed to Thorpe Park alongside fellow MAFS star Mark Kiley. The couple seemed to hit it off at their wedding, despite the surprise revelation from Sacha about her celibacy, where she first met Ross, the show’s first deaf groom.
