Privacy NoticeMarried At First Sight’s star Ella Morgan announced her temporary exit from social media in an effort to recover from illness recently. The reality TV sensation, who regularly engages her fans on various digital platforms, including Instagram, broke the news earlier this week. She said: “Taking a short little insta break, I have never been so ill in all my life.” However, the specifics of her sickness remain undisclosed. Ella further shared: “I need rest then I’ll be back with good content, hopefully if I make it!” This isn’t Ella’s first concerning health scare. She also made headlines when she unexpectedly collapsed at the BAFTA Awards earlier this year.

A medic was swiftly on hand helping her on the red carpet. She bounced back quickly and was quick to calm her concerned fans, attributing her fall to overheating and weakness, reports the Mirror. She updated fans after the incident saying: “To everyone asking how I am after my Baftas ‘collapsing’ incident… I am perfectly OK now, I was just very hot, my body had overheated and felt weak, I hadn’t eaten enough or drank enough that was all, hence why I was very lightheaded and felt faint.” Ella went on to tell her fans: “I was fine after I’d seen the medic, sat down, and been checked over! All good here now folks, lesson learnt, drink more water! Still looked iconic in my outfit if I do say so myself.” Ella has excitedly shared that she’s joining the cast of Celebs Go Dating Series 13, making history as the agency’s first ever Trans celeb. She took to Instagram with the announcement: “Celebs Go Dating is BACK .. and SO AM I! I’ve joined the line up for Series 13 of @celebsgodating with these absolute icons! Proud to be making history again, as the agency’s first ever Trans celeb! Marrying a stranger didn’t exactly work out so let’s try my hand at dating first! This is going to be a fun summer! Coming soon.”

Last December, buzz was all around Ella possibly stepping onto the Strictly Come Dancing floor after signing with Zara McDermott’s agency. Speaking exclusively to the Mirror, she expressed her enthusiasm: “Yes I would absolutely love, out of everything, probably to do Strictly. Can I dance? I’m not really sure.” She continued, revealing her lack of experience but eagerness to participate: “I’ve not really had experience but I think I’ve got some moves. I would absolutely love to do it and I would love to be the first trans person to represent my community. I probably would last one week, but yes I would love to do it.” She praised Strictly for its inclusivity, noting the success of deaf actress Rose Ayling-Ellis who clinched the trophy in 2021.Story SavedYou can find this story in  My Bookmarks.Or by navigating to the user icon in the top right.Follow OK!
