Privacy NoticeMarried at First Sight’s Adrienne Naylor, who was paired with Matt Pilmoor on the 2023 series, has shared before-and-after photos of her incredible weight loss journey on Instagram, while also hitting out at trolls who called her “massive.” The 27 year old posted a series of photos, beginning with one titled “It’s easy for you.” The stunning MAFS star has been open about her body image struggles in the past, and captioned her photos with the words: “‘It’s easy for you,’ ‘You’re so lucky,’ ‘I wish I had your motivation,’ are comments I get all the time.” “Matter of fact is, I’ve not always looked or been this way. Body image and weight has been something I’ve always struggled with and I was that girl who used to look at people in the gym and think I could NEVER,” she said. “This journey has been difficult and one which I’ve dedicated my life to as it has been a lifestyle change and not an overnight fix. She continued: “Comments like this have come with pressure, as the past year I’ve gained a stone due to having a whirlwind of a life. Which is absolutely OK! But now I’ve had comments such as ‘ooh you’ve put a bit of weight back on,’ ‘god she’s massive now.’” “From a girl who’s always struggled with her weight, I’ve been bullied, been in whatsapp groups, been rejected, been mocked, been low because of how I think other people look at me.” “The reason I always say it’s a lifestyle and not a fix is because life has also threw some amazing opportunities my way over the past year and I’ve grabbed them by the balls! I’ve experienced amazing trips, met inspiring people, ate unbelievable food & drank some unreal drinks! ”

She continued, “But guess what, I’ve still managed to keep this lifestyle of mine up. It’s all about making changes for good and having good habits. My goal is always to be as transparent and inspiring to you all. A journey is full of ups and downs FOR SURE.” Adrienne has shared positive body image posts with her followers in the past, including one in May where she showed two photos of herself in Antigua, one she said she would usually delete and the other she would put in her favourites, to show her fans why they shouldn’t compare themselves to the photos other people post.
