The most compatible couple on Love Island has been announced (Image: ITV)Love Island 2024’s most compatible couple has been revealed ahead of the final. Ciaran and Nicole, Ayo and Jess, Josh and Mimii, Sean and Matilda could all genuinely thrive beyond the confines of the villa after finding love on the ITV2 dating show. Despite facing their share of drama under the watchful eye of the nation, it’s now suggested that Welsh sweethearts Ciaran and Nicole, united in an exclusive romance, are deemed most likely to endure outside the Love Island bubble. Noted Spin Genie spokesperson, dating guru Jacob Lucas, has weighed in: “I can’t see either of them turning their heads after the show comes to an end.” “They seem to be very solid and are both on each other’s wavelength in terms of their connection. They’re very compatible. I could see them winning the show.”

Meanwhile, things aren’t looking quite so rosy for Sean and Matilda. Based on Lucas’s insights, the couple doesn’t have a strong foundation, casting doubts on their relationship’s longevity in the real world, reports the Daily Star. He commented: ” I can’t see a solid trust between them, so it’s hard to see a strong future between them. I also genuinely can’t see that they honestly like each other romantically.” “They show a lot of signs of distancing from each other, which tells me that if they were anywhere else right now, they wouldn’t be speaking to one another. It feels very disconnected and forced between Sean and Matilda.”

Meanwhile, Ayo and Mimii have been trying to get over their former spark by pairing up with Jess and Josh, but according to inside sources, it’s not looking too promising. Speaking to us exclusively, relationship guru Jacob dished the dirt: “If Ayo gave Mimii another chance, she would turn straight away. When she wanted to meet Ayo on the terrace, this was a very big red flag,”. He spilled further, “She’s also admitted she has feelings for Ayo a number of times, so her heart isn’t really in it with Josh. She can’t fully commit because her feelings are elsewhere. I can’t see these two lasting for a long time, purely because of this.”

Ayo’s brother stirred the pot when he popped by the villa and hinted that Ayo should reconsider his feelings for Mimii, triggering quite the storm when Ayo relayed the message to Jess. On Ayo and Mimii’s shaky romance, Jacob shared his expert opinion: “While when they first got together, they seemed to have a lot of chemistry and made each other laugh, the fact Ayo’s family weren’t convinced is a very big sign.” He added, “As I said, your family members know you the most out of everyone – and I can’t see them lasting very long because of this.” The Love Island final airs tonight at 9pm on ITV2 and ITVX.
