Taking to Instagram Stories, Jess shared a striking before-and-after comparison of her toned body, crediting her transformation to @coachedby_georgia. She gushed: “For everyone asking about my weight loss I’ve been using @coachedby_georgia and she is honestly the best.” Jess embarked on an eight-week fitness challenge that saw her shape up just in time for a sun-soaked getaway. In a playful video, she lounged on a bed sporting a chic light yellow bikini, panning the camera to give followers a glimpse of her sculpted waist, all thanks to her trusty fitness coach. However, it hasn’t all been smooth-sailing for Jess, she bravely opened up about the harsh trolling she’s faced over her body image. In February, Jess revealed some of the nasty jibes thrown at her online. Despite the negativity, Jess’s fans rallied around her, showering her with love and support. Overwhelmed by the positive response, she expressed her gratitude to her followers, saying, “Thank you for all your lovely messages!!!”

Love Island’s Jess and Sammy, who fell head over heels for each other on the show, called it quits last year after a whirlwind two-month romance. Following their split, Jess returned to her day job running her business Candy Aesthetics in London, away from the spotlight. It was hinted that the pair “realised they’re better off as friends,” with both of them later opening up about their break up.
