Privacy NoticeEvery year the Love Islanders get to showcase their secret skills, but the latest talent show was called the ‘cringiest ever’ by fans. During Tuesday’s episode (24 July), the contestants showed off their talents that varied from waffle making, to a toe puppet show, and an art class. It’s safe to say that fans weren’t impressed with one writing: “This is the most cringiest talent show in love island history.” And that wasn’t just the feeling for the viewers, as they predicted that Grace Jackson has the ‘ick’ after watching Reuben perform. Reuben performed a rendition of ‘Singing in the Rain’ wearing an umbrella and yellow raincoat.

With the original video of the classic tune involving a lamppost, he calls Grace to be his “lovely lamppost of a lady”. Speaking to the camera, Grace said: “He killed it, I loved it for him and he got me involved which I loved. So, yeah, round of applause for Reuben.” However viewers were convinced Grace enjoyed it as much as she said. One viewer pointed out: “grace just got the ick LOOOL”. Another asked: “Why am I cringing for Reuben?” A third commented: “id get the ick so quickly omg hold tight Grace”.
Reuben even invited Grace up onto stage to perform with him
Grace, meanwhile, led a yoga class and attempted to get the Islanders to do the downward dog. Matilda Draper put on a puppet show with her feet and illustrated her love story with Sean Stone, while Josh Oyinsan put on a ‘pancake and waffle masterclass’ to show off his culinary skills. Joey Essex performed a rap he wrote himself which complimented and roasted some of his Love Island friends. Ciaran Davies took to the stage with his rugby skills, Jess Spencer put on an artist masterclass and Sean Stone dressed as a candyman to dish out sweets to his villa pals. Ayo Odukoya played a flute rendition of Mary Had A Little Lamb and Mimii Ngulube sang her heart out to A Thousand Miles by Vanessa Carlton. Jessy gave an impressive performance on stilts which earned her the spot as winner of the Love Island 2024 talent show.

The final episode of the 2024 series of Love Island is due to air on Monday 29th July at 9pm and will last slightly longer than the usual hour slot, with the episode coming to an end at 10:35pm.
