Privacy NoticeIt seems Love Island fans were left less than impressed with Joey Essex’s antics during Sunday night’s episode of the hit ITV dating show. As the islanders engaged in a revealing game of truth and dare, the ex-TOWIE heartthrob didn’t hold back on his opinions about Grace Jackson. In a bold move, he called her out in front of everyone, accusing Grace of not being truthful in the game and hinting that she still harboured feelings for him. Despite Grace’s firm denials, the drama escalated as the other girls rallied around her, with Matilda Draper chiming in: “It’s giving Joey’s not over the situation with Grace…you’re so bothered about it.” READ MORE: Loose Women in chaos as star suffers health emergency and co-host performs ‘life-saving’ move MORE LOVE ISLAND: Love Island in major rule break that sees cast leap into the pool – before utter despair strikes

The game also saw the majority of the islanders vote Joey as the one most likely to gossip behind their backs. Unfazed, Joey declared: “Nah man, it’s true I say it how it is.” In a candid moment away from the group, Joey confessed to the camera that he’s not one to shy away from speaking his mind in the villa, stating boldly: “If I’ve got something to say, I’ll say it.”, reports the Mirror. Twitter was ablaze with viewer reactions shortly after the episode aired. One user remarked: “Joey thought he was the king of the villa. He was humbled tonight.” Another added their two cents, saying: “Joey is delusional.” Meanwhile, another tweet read: “Joey getting HUMBLED, he is so embarrassing,” echoing the sentiment of many watching at home. One viewer voiced their thoughts: “Watching the episode from last night and Joey is so delusional it’s actually scaring me. I’m going to believe the producers made him do it.” Another fan pointed out: “Fair to say Joey Essex has totally embarrassed himself on Love Island.”
Mimii might be having a change of heart

The drama will continue with the notorious Snog, Marry, Pie game making a return on Monday night. A sneak peek at the next episode shows Mimii Ngulube opting to smooch Ayo Odukoya rather than her current squeeze Josh Oyinsan. She confides in the Islanders that she selected Ayo because they have a “good connection” hinting at some uncertainties. Later, she tells Josh she still cherishes hopes for her and Ayo, even getting help from Joey. She tells Joey: “When you next see Ayo, can you tell him to meet me on the terrace, I just wanna talk to him away from everyone..” Are Mimii and Ayo about to revive their lost love?
