Privacy NoticeLoose Women’s Kelle Bryan has opened up about a recent terrifying health ordeal that left her in such severe pain she had to wake her 12 year old son in the middle of the night. The conversation emerged during an episode of the show where they were discussing a survey indicating that women often wait two months before seeking help for health concerns. The presenter recounted: “I recognised it because I’d had a brief encounter with it two weeks before so I had a keeling, this is kidneys. I had that sense. It’s worse than labour, debilitating straight away.” Kelle revealed that she was struck by an excruciating pain that was so bad she couldn’t even locate her phone: “In the end I had to wake up one of my children, I felt really bad but I thought, I just can’t this is an emergency. So I crawled up the stairs on my hands and my knees and I woke him up.”

Then he said, ‘Right, what do I need to do?'”, reports the Mirror. Kelle’s son sprang into action following his mother’s guidance, calling his father, the emergency services, and assisting her while she was sick. She gushed: “He was just, adorable, he was my absolute hero.”

The Loose Women panellist opened up about her health woes, revealing she suffered from a kidney stone stuck in her urethra and eventually required surgery for its removal. Kelle admitted, despite leading a relatively healthy life, her diet led to the kidney stones. She explained with candour: “I overeat, which is weird. Too many tomatoes, too much spinach, so it’s really about eating well but everything in moderation.”Story SavedYou can find this story in  My Bookmarks.Or by navigating to the user icon in the top right.Follow OK!
