Privacy Notice Hayley Palmer, girlfriend of The Chase star Mark Labbet, has revealed how much he weighs after shedding 10 stone after embarking on a health and fitness journey. Mark, who is known as resident ‘Chaser’ The Beast on the popular game show, has opened up about his impressive 10 stone weight loss journey in recent years and back in 2022 explained that he’d gone from a 5XL to a 2XL after losing eight inches from his chest. And now, in a recent video uploaded to her Instagram Stories, Hayley has shared a clip of Mark working out on a treadmill and elliptical before stepping on the scales.

In the post, loved-up Hayley gushed over the TV personality and explained that he was “doing so well” after he started joining her at the gym. She wrote: “I’m so proud of @markthebeatlabbett. He started to come to the gym with me in the mornings and he is doing so well. “He is down to 124 kilos/ 19.5 stone. We’re planning to tone and improving conditioning.” Over the past few years, Mark has gradually been losing weight and recently denied that he’d had a gastric band fitted to help him on his journey.

Speaking on Loose Women, he said: “My appetite is nothing like it once was. Get one of your doctors to check me for a gastric band scar. They won’t find it.” Meanwhile, when speaking to The Sun, The Chase star admitted that he was “just being sensible” when it came to adjusting his lifestyle and that’s how he’d embarked on his health journey. “I’m not really trying to diet, I’m just being sensible, people say you’ve had the gastric sleeve or band, and I haven’t,” he said. “I was tempted by the gastric band but a good friend of mine who’s a GP, said my problem is sugar, I have a sweet tooth.” It’s clear that TV presenter Hayley, who started dating Mark back in May 2023, is beaming with pride regarding her beau’s achievement.

In a recent interview with OK!, Hayley opened up about Mark’s transformation and praised the TV star for doing “incredibly well”. She said: “I personally think he’s done incredibly well. Obviously, he does have weight issues so I support him all the way, we went to a local supermarket in LA and we make healthy choices together. “I support him and he supports me, I just think he’s amazing how he has lost 10 stone, it’s absolutely incredible.”Story SavedYou can find this story in  My Bookmarks.Or by navigating to the user icon in the top right.Follow OK!
