Pippa, 37, gave birth to a newborn baby daughter named Grace, and the stunning mum was spotted out about about with the newborn recently. Another reason the couple had to celebrate was their fourth wedding anniversary. Pippa and James celebrated four years on 20 May, after tying the knot in a lavish ceremony at St Mark’s Church in Englefield on the same date in 2017. The brunette beauty and her husband live in an incredible £17 million townhouse in Chelsea, west London.

However, James Matthews’ family, which includes Made In Chelsea star Spencer Matthews, also own a very impressive estate in the Scottish Highlands, named the Glen Affric estate. James’ father, Pippa’s father-in-law, purchased the impressive £12,000 a night estate in 2018. It’s set within 10,000 acres on the peninsula of a loch, and it’s safe to say it looks pretty spectacular.

The main lodge boasts eight bedrooms, a sitting room, dining room, reading rooms and a room to enjoy your whisky in. A snap of inside the rustic home was shared on the Glen Affric Estate Instagram, and you can see that the rooms overlook the beautiful loch and Scottish countryside. The caption reads: “Gaze out of the window and escape into the vast wild scenery of Glen Affric.”

Outside, the estate is surrounded by flowers and nature and it looks like a fairytale escape. There’s a green house on the estate too, which is immaculate and boasts a variety of plants. It’s reported to cost £11,800 for a three night stay for up to eight people, and £17,800 for 16 guests.

The striking estate is where Spencer Matthews married his wife Vogue Williams back in 2018 and, since purchasing the property, Pippa’s father-in-law David has held the title, the Laird of Glen Affric. Pippa and James Middleton are hosts at the estate, and when speaking to Eden Being, James described a day in his life at Glen Affric. He said: “My ideal day at Glen Affric starts with a morning swim in the Loch. The Estate can provide wet suits for cold mornings! Then, a hearty breakfast cooked by the wonderful resident chef, James Lowe.

“After breakfast, a group activity like clay pigeon shooting is always a hit – even if it can get competitive at times! For lunch, the Estate boat can escort guests to the private fishing bothy at the far end of the Loch for a delicious picnic. “Then, we return to the Lodge on foot, taking in the wonderful natural surroundings.” Pippa and James will be able to take their brood to visit the stunning home, which looks perfect for children to play at.
