Privacy NoticeEyal Booker has shared a look inside his “apartment of dreams” in Los Angeles. The Love Island star took to TikTok to give a tour of his new home with his 406,000 followers. He captioned the clip: “Moving into the apartment of dream in LA with my best friend Max & his girlfriend Lexie. Very grateful & excited.” One user estimated the rent for the apartment to be $6,900 after they “saw it listed on a realtor’s page”. The stunning flat has its own private entrance, which opens on to their enormous living room, which is flooded with natural light. Eyal then turned round and entered through an arch which brought him into a cosy dining space, where the TV star said they’ll be hosting lots of dinner parties.

The apartment boasts an adorable outdoor balcony area with chic black and white chequerboard tiles and a bench, where the 28 year old plans to enjoy his morning coffee. Showing off the incredible kitchen, with a chic neutral colour scheme and herringbone tile, Eyal said: “I cannot wait to start cooking in here – and look how sexy that stove is.” The apartment also features a pantry and an office, and another huge room that has been assigned to Lexi as a walk-in wardrobe as, according to Eyal, she has “a lot of clothes”.

The star has his own bathroom with a beautiful marble finish. As he gave a tour of his new bedroom, Eyal remarked on its “potential”. Signing off the tour, he said: “I cannot tell you how excited I am. Natural light and a beautiful, productive space is so important to me and I’m going to take you along on the design journey with us. “I’m incredibly grateful and I cannot wait. Peace and love.”

Eyal moved to Los Angeles in 2019 to be with his then-American girlfriend Delilah Belle Hamlin, daughter of actor Harry Hamlin and Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star, Lisa Rinna. Speaking at the time, he said: “I am more loved up than I thought I could ever be. I feel like I finally understand what love is. I am truly feeling it for the very first time and it is amazing.” However, it was tricky to navigate the relationship living on opposite sides of the Atlantic. Eyal said at the time: “I think in the New Year we will have to work out what we are going to do permanently moving forward. “I am more than happy to move to LA. I could try some modelling out there and maybe some TV and presenting.

“I love LA and the sunshine so am happy to move there and she loves the rain here so it’s win, win. It feels like I’ve found The One.” However, at the end of 2021, the pair went their separate ways after two years together.
