Privacy Notice Love Island star Dani Dyer has reportedly put her £725,000 five bedroom home up for sale as she prepares to move in with her footballer boyfriend Jarrod Bowen. The reality star, 26, is said to be putting down roots with her West Ham beau, 25, and her 20 month old son Santiago and according to Mail Online, she has put her property up for sale. She recently answered an Instagram question from fans asking if she and Jarrod were living together and wrote: “So many of these questions [laughing emoji]. Yes we have moved in together [heart emoji].” Dani had been living at her Essex property since last summer with her son Santi, who she shares with ex Sammy Kimmence.

While she’s yet to share snaps of her new home, the one she moved out of was incredibly swanky. Her home featured high ceilings and plenty of lighting offset with white walls to make it seem spacious. Her open plan kitchen-dining area had dark wood flooring and contrasting cream fittings, giving it a modern feel. Meanwhile her staircase featured flooring in the same hue but was offset with glass surrounding it instead of a traditional bannister.

Dani often shared pictures of her young son lounging around the home and teased her luxurious suede sofa with sweet snaps of him. Her bedroom had a flat screen TV mounted to the wall and when posing for a mirror snap, Dani gave a glimpse of her matching grey curtains and bedding. Dani and Jarrod have been loved-up since last year and went public with their relationship in October 2021 and recently, the pair spoke to OK! about how their relationship was going.

Earlier this year it was reported that Jarrod was about to pop the question to the reality star and had splashed out £10,000 on an engagement ring. But the footballer puts those rumours to rest saying: “No, people thought I was engaged, but I don’t know where that came from.” However, Dani has made it clear that will she be expecting a proposal in the future. Asked during an Instagram Q&A if she wants more children, Dani replied, “Absolutely! But [ring emoji] first.”

She even hinted she would ditch the Dyer surname for Bowen when her big day eventually comes. “I really love the idea of getting married and sharing a last name,” she said. “It’s the ultimate commitment to one another. I cannot wait for the day I get married.” Dani, who won Love Island back in 2018 also told OK! about her views on being body confident, saying: “It doesn’t matter what size or shape you are, when you love yourself, everyone else will love you. “Every decision you make, do it for you.
