And one celebrity who is preparing to embark on the adventure Down Under is radio DJ Chris Moyles, who was the first campmate to confirm that they would be heading into the jungle. Speaking about his upcoming appearance, the 48 year old told press at Brisbane Airport the experience “should be nice” despite the gruelling challenges ahead.

But while the radio personality may be looking forward to his time in the jungle, Chris could be away from his home in London for up to three weeks – should he make it all the way to the final. Back home, the former Radio 1 star lives in North London’s Highgate where properties sell for an average of £1,175,912, according to Rightmove. Over on Instagram, Chris has given fans a glimpse inside his stunning London apartment and judging by pictures the property has a very modern feel.

In one snap, the Radio X presenter shared a peek of his living room as her posed for a picture alongside his adorable pet cat. In the snap, Chris could be seen sitting on a chocolate brown sofa in front of a series of framed graphic prints. Meanwhile other pictures show that bright white walls fill the apartment, giving the space a distinctly light and airy feel.

Given his career as a DJ, it’s no surprise that Chris’ pad is kitted out with various pieces of tech, such as mixers, microphones and speakers. Setting up his makeshift office in what appeared to be his kitchen, Chris revealed that he’d been doing his radio show from home and had filled his oak coloured desk with a ring light and radio microphone. In the background, fans could also see his white kitchen which features a very apt ‘on air’ neon sign. Another room also features a similar ‘on air’ sign, though is decorated with other items including a silver record from Radio X as well as figurines of Star Wars’ R2-D2 and South Park’s Eric.

Elsewhere, Chris has revealed that his apartment also features some enviable outdoor space and has its very own balcony area, ideal for entertaining any guests. In one photo, the TV personality placed his DJ decks on the balcony in front of a garden statue. At present, Chris is currently staying at the I’m A Celeb’s isolation hotel and has recently given a rare look behind-the-scenes.
