Georgia Toffolo shares her top makeup and skincare picks – including a cleanser she’s been loyal to for 18 months (Image: Georgia Toffolo) Made in Chelsea star and I’m a Celebrity winner, Georgia Toffolo, has always been open about her acne battle. And now, she’s revealed her go-to cleanser that helps her remove all traces of makeup, SPF and city pollution at the end of her day. Speaking to the Mirror, the 29-year-old declared her love for Pai’s Light Work Rosehip Cleansing Oil, which she’s been using for the past year and a half. In fact, she loves it so much she gets through ‘around one bottle a month’, and never fails to repurchase it immediately. “I am a very big fan of Pai’s double cleanse. You do the oil cleanser first and it just gets every single scrap of makeup, sunscreen, Halloween stuff – you name it, it just comes off,” she said. Quite often, celebrities are asked what their one holy grail product is – the kind they’d take to a desert island, or into the I’m a Celeb jungle, and this is certainly Toff’s, with the star adding: “If I had a gun to my head and could only choose one product, it would be that.” READ MORE:’I saved over £850 on Charlotte Tilbury and Jo Loves thanks to Cult Beauty’s 2024 advent calendar’ The 29–year-old first discovered Pai after researching ‘non-toxic, clean skincare’ options. She was ‘hooked’ after discovering the founder Sarah’s story and philosophy behind the brand. “I had an aversion to oils for a really long time because I thought they’d make my acne worse,” Georgia said, “But that’s just not how it works and I’m 30 next month so I’m just quite unlucky to have acne. I wonder if for years I missed out on brilliant products that packed a serious punch for skin health because I mistakenly thought they might give me more spots.” Her obsession with the cleanser extends to both her homes in London and Scotland, where she has it proudly displayed on her transparent skincare carousel – another Amazon must-have. And just as well, because the packaging is simply too pretty to shut away in a cupboard. “They come in these beautiful long, big glass bottles, and I adore it. It’s a big win that it looks good and it works. I am shocked at how much I go through them, I threw one away just yesterday,” the business owner added.

Georgia’s skincare routine continues with Medik8, which she stumbled upon in a Space NK store. “Even the name sounds like it will do some serious things to your skin,” Georgia enthused. She’s become a big fan of Medik8, especially their C-Tetra serum which tops her list. Renowned for power-packed formulas, Medik8 doesn’t disappoint with its 7% potency serum. It’s even suitable for delicate skin types, promising to illuminate uneven skin tone and diminish dark spots, fine lines, and wrinkles. It boasts a 4.8 star rating on the Medik8 website, with shoppers praising it for its glow-giving ability. One said: “Most of my friends say I have great skin and look 10 years younger than my actual age.” With another commenting: “Very nice treatment in the morning, also a good base for makeup, makes my skin glow.”

Another, not quite as satisfied, commented: “I received this serum as my birthday gift. Usually I prefer lighter vitamin c serums that absorb into the skin however I find that this one feels a little more oily and it takes a while to absorb in my skin. It does give my skin a glow but I don’t prefer it to other serums I have tried or used.” Meanwhile, another user couldn’t stop praising: “I’ve been using this each morning with the daily moisturiser and wow, what a difference it’s made to my skin. It’s so soft and plump. It looks brighter and firmer too. I wait until it’s fully dry before applying the moisturiser afterwards and then wait a good while before applying makeup and it works well for me. Really pleased with this purchase.” When it comes to her makeup essentials, Georgia swears by Rimmel’s 35-Hour Lasting Finish Foundation in shade 103 True Ivory for that perfect look. “It’s just a brilliant sliding scale foundation,” she said. “By that I mean you can do a tiny bit on a brush just under your eyes and look really radiant like you’ve got nothing on. But if I’m going to a big event I can layer it and it gives such brilliant full coverage – I love the freedom of having a bit of both.” The £10.99 foundation hasn’t left her makeup bag for the last month. She added: “We travel so much, so with my skincare I have some in Scotland and some in London, but my makeup bag comes everywhere with me so once a product is in it’s in and I’ve been using it for around a month. Even today, just weeks before her big birthday, Toff still remains candid with her followers about her skin. In a recent Instagram post, she added a note to the caption, which read: “Side note but this video is the first I’ve shot in YEARS where I forgot that I wasn’t wearing make-up. “Then when I was editing it, I didn’t even notice I wasn’t wearing any. This is probably a non-story to many of you but so much of my life has been defined since I was 13 by how bad my skin feels or looks. So for both my skin and confidence to be in a place where I could be so relaxed to start recording and edit the whole thing only noticing right at the last minute because of some of my minor neck acne is a really big deal for me.” Looking to recreate Georgia’s skincare and makeup routine?
