Privacy NoticeLittle Mix fans have been left divided over former band member Leigh-Anne Pinnock’s decision to appoint her sister as her manager. According to her Instagram bio, Sairah Pinnock is an artist manager for her sister Leigh-Anne, a co-founder and party planner at Inclusive Industry and co-founder and trustee for The Black Fund. Fans took to the Little Mix Reddit thread to discuss the decision, with one user asking: “Do you think Leigh Anne’s choice to choose her sister as her manager was bad?” One person responded, writing: “Yes. In my opinion, family and business should not mix.” Another agreed, saying: “Sairah has done nothing for her. Idk how she was even made manager when she’s not from this industry? Should’ve been her PA like Ellie is to Perrie,” referencing Leigh-Anne’s former bandmate Perrie Edwards’ decision to hire her cousin as her personal assistant.

However, others disagreed, including one fan who insisted: “No, if Leigh is happy then idc.” Sairah is a busy working mum, and founder of events company Inclusive Industry that promises clients “new ideas” and “innovative concepts” and works off three principles: creativity, passion and vibes. The company was founded in 2015 and has since organised Little Mix events – including their album launch for LM5. OK! has approached representatives for Leigh-Anne and Sairah for comment. Leigh-Anne’s lookalike sister Sairah was also the organiser behind Perrie’s 23rd birthday party and Jade Thirlwall’s 27th birthday event, and New Year’s Eve party in 2019. Her other recent clients include Rita Ora, who asked Sairah to organise her tour after-party, and model Jourdan Dunn, who celebrated a big birthday bash with a little help from Sairah. Leigh-Anne and Sairah also have another sister called Sian-Louise. Sairah reportedly signed up for 2018’s Love Island, however, didn’t make it through to the actual villa and was kept ‘in reserve’.

The girls grew up in High Wycombe in Buckinghamshire, where other notable famous residents included James Corden. Leigh-Anne and her rarely-seen sister Sairah looked chic in contrasting co-ords as they stepped out in London to attend the Childsplay The Edit, Krept & Nala’s Baby event on Tuesday, October 15. The Little Mix singer looked incredible as she wore a sheer, burgundy shirt, which she layered over a matching bra. She paired her plunging top with a pair of matching satin flared trousers and accessorised with a myriad of green jewellery. Leigh-Anne appeared in top spirits for the evening as she flashed a smile while she chatted to her big sister at her dining table. Sariah, who could be her sister’s twin, looked elegant for the occasion as she wore a nude cropped shirt which she paired with a stylish ankle-length skirt.
