Privacy NoticeFleur East has shared a glimpse inside the stunning London home she shares with her husband Marcel Badiane-Robin, and their adorable baby girl. The Strictly: It Takes Two star, 36, lives in Walthamstow, east London, with her husband Marcel, 34, and the property is the perfect place to raise their first child together. Th couple welcomed their baby daughter, who they named Nova, on 22 March, Fleur, 36, admitted she caught the “interior design bug” after settling into her very first home, and the results speak volumes. The ultra-modern house, which features huge windows that flood the space with light, is brimming with vibrant art pieces and personal flourishes, including a bespoke cinema room Fleur’s top pick of the establishment.

Fleur adds pops of colour throughout her neutral living space

The former X Factor star’s lounge might boast understated grey backdrops, but it’s brought to life with pops of colour, including the sumptuously plush teal velvet sofa paired with mustard accents. The walls are adorned with eye-catching artwork, accompanied by lush house plants and flowerse. Boasting sleek white cupboards, rustic wooden benchtops, and stone tiled floors, Fleur’s kitchen is the epitome of chic. The room appears to double up as a dining room and entertaining space, it features snug sofas and a homely wooden table flanked by two matching teal chairs.

Fleur has been keeping her fans and followers updated as she adjusts to life with a little one. Shortly before sharing her date night, Fleur joked about “stripping off” to breastfeed little Nova, reposting a meme showing Usher stripping off on stage, with “when your baby starts crying, you’re a nursing mom” written over it. In her own caption, Fleur wrote: “OMG!! So accurate! This baby got me stripping off so fast!!”, adding a poll asking whether her followers agreed or not. The 36-year-old It Takes Two presenter said recently that her body “doesn’t feel the same” after Nova’s birth, and has been open about the struggles of having a newborn.

In a recent Instagram post, she candidly wrote: “The first 4 weeks of being a parent have been a whirlwind! Looking after a baby really is something! But I always have a few moments, for example when I’m up at 2am because baby girl needs a feed. Or I haven’t slept, feel shattered and can’t work out why my baby is crying when I’ve been through the entire checklist! “I remind myself that there was a time where I wished and hoped for the very chapter I’m in right now. When I’m knee deep in nappies and drowning in milk, it’s sometimes hard to see that I am in the middle of all the moments I prayed for. When the true feeling of gratitude hits me and I see my baby girl smile, it makes every challenge worth it.” Fleur and Marcel married in a destination wedding in summer 2019, exchanging their vows in Morocco’s stunning Atlas Mountains. Fleur described the clothing designer, who has worked with the likes of Rita Ora, as her “number one supporter and my biggest fan,” telling OK! after their ceremony that she felt “properly united” with him.Story SavedYou can find this story in  My Bookmarks.Or by navigating to the user icon in the top right.Follow OK!
