Privacy Notice Just six months after welcoming her second baby with husband Marvin Humes, Rochelle Humes was already flaunting her sensational body. In September 2017, the ex-The Saturdays songstress graced the cover of Fit and Well magazine, showcasing her enviable figure transformation. Rocking a vibrant crop top and form-fitting leggings, the gorgeous brunette turned heads, proudly parading her newly sculpted abs. But how did Rochelle get that amazing body? The mum of three, who hosts BBC’s The Hit List alongside husband Marvin, opened up on her fitness journey, revealing that she kicked off her workouts with personal trainer Pete Mac just eight weeks postpartum. Describing her gruelling workout sessions, she shared: “He just basically kills me for an hour or so.”

But for Rochelle, 35, it’s not about shedding heaps of weight; it’s all about embracing fitness for overall wellness. She elaborated: “For me, exercise is about wellness and being active. I’m not doing this to be a shape that isn’t what I am. I still want to be curvy and still be me.” When it comes to dishing out her top tips for snapping back into shape, the star insists there’s no magic trick involved. Rochelle admitted: “There is no secret to it, you just have to stick to it, first of all. It’s a lifestyle. I think if you’re fit and looking after yourself then you’re doing it right. No crash diets, no crushing the training.'”

It seems fitness is a family affair, as JLS singer Marvin, Rochelle’s other half, often joins her for a sweat session at the gym. She admits things can get a bit heated, confessing: “We typically don’t really argue a lot, but we end up rowing, as he’ll try and tell me if I’m doing something wrong. But I’ll be like, ‘No, Pete will tell me if I’m doing it wrong.”Story SavedYou can find this story in  My Bookmarks.Or by navigating to the user icon in the top right.Follow OK!
