Privacy Notice Shortly after Princess Beatrice welcomed her first child, daughter Sienna with her husband Edoardo Mapelli Mozzi in September 2021 they purchased a home in a quaint village in the Cotswolds. It also became the home to Edoardo’s son and Beatrice’s stepson, Wolfie, during family stays and will soon welcome their second child after it was joyfully announced that Beatrice is pregnant. The sprawling £3.5 million farmhouse needed refurbishing and the couple have since transformed it into a stunning family home. It boasts six bedrooms with plenty of space for their growing brood and a converted guesthouse for when the grandparents come to stay.

If that wasn’t enough it also has an outdoor swimming pool, tennis courts, a six-foot security gate and a ‘party barn’. According to reports the ‘party barn’ was converted from another outhouse and has become the perfect spot for dancing when they entertain friends and family. The property is nestled in a beautiful part of the Cotswolds surrounded by greenery and Edoardo’s parents live nearby, meaning they will be on hand to look after the couple’s children, particularly with a little one on the way. As well as this, Beatrice’s cousin Zara Tindall and husband Mike Tindall are said to be neighbours who have three kids, Mia, 10, Lena, six, and Lucas, three. They are also said to live near Prine Harry’s close polo friend George Spencer-Churchill and his wife Camilla, while also residing near David and Victoria Beckham’s lavish Cotswold pad and Ellie Goulding’s. Beatrice’s parents, Sarah, Duchess of York and Prince Andrew live less than two hours away at Royal Lodge in Windsor.
