Privacy NoticeEastEnders actress Natalie Cassidy has shared photos from her luxurious family getaway in Greece to social media – where hotel stays can cost up to £1000 a night. The star, who is best known as Sonia Fowler in the soap, went on the trip with her fiance Marc Humphreys, and daughters Eliza, 13 and seven year old Joanie. Natalie’s post included a photo of the family together, as well as one of her laughing with Eliza while enjoying a boat ride, one of her two daughters in the sea, one of Natalie drying her hair, and even one of Natalie’s foot which was affected by heat rash. Alongside the post she wrote: “We made it on our holiday. Greece has been beautiful, a full week of only worrying about what we are eating, getting the good sunbeds and what ice creams we are eating next. “I think I’m converted. Apart from the old skin allergy always showing itself when abroad it’s been a corker,” she added, referring to the inflammation on her foot. Hers wasn’t the only injury, as Natalie revealed in her podcast Life With Nat that Joanie broke her arm shortly before the holiday. The youngster had been doing cartwheels with her friends at school when she hurt herself, and Natalie had to take her daughter to hospital where plates were placed in her arm. In the family holiday snap, Joanie’s arm is in a sling and in plaster, and Natalie commented in her post that “the waterproof cover for Joanie’s arm has been a lifesaver.” She also thanked Ikos Resorts for a “great time,” but dispelled any thoughts that they had got their holiday at the all inclusive hotel for free, adding: “NOT AN AD. If bloody only!” Natalie’s followers soon added their comments to her holiday photos, with some recommending treatments for her heat rash and others hoping the family had a lovely trip. “Gorgeous photos! Looking fab,” wrote one fan, while another added: “You made the best choice with Ikos. Beautiful hotels.”

A third commented: “Not an ad that made me bloody laugh,” while another sent Joanie get well soon wishes, writing: “Beautiful family picture. Get Well to your daughter with a broken arm xx.” Natalie has been at the centre of a dramatic storyline in EastEnders recently, as her character Sonia’s partner Reiss Colwell shockingly killed his wife Debbie, who was in a coma. He turned to murder to solve his financial issues, after using Debbie’s money to fund his and Sonia’s IVF treatments, and then found himself in debt and unable to pay for her continued care. It’s possible his crime could be uncovered soon, however, with Debbie’s grieving parents on the scene and the results of her post mortem at the hospital due any day.Story SavedYou can find this story in My Bookmarks.Or by navigating to the user icon in the top right.Follow OK!
