The ITV drama, produced by HTM Television in association with All3Media International, first hit our screens back in 2022. Since then it has become a favourite among viewers at home, and the second series averaged 8.1 million viewers. As the second most watched drama on ITV1 this year, Trigger Point sees Line Of Duty legend Vicky, 41, take centre stage as she and her team work to keep London safe from explosive devices and terrorist threats. As with previous episodes, fans can expect plenty of drama and to be kept on the edge of their seats for the third instalment. The upcoming series will see Lana and her colleagues called to a bomb threat which soon reveals itself to be the beginning of something sinister as an individual targets individuals, demanding revenge. Alongside the Police Counterterrorism Unit, the Bomb Disposal Squad must race against the clock and uncover the mystery bomb before they claim their next victim.
