While many were engrossed by the show’s latest instalment, certain viewers couldn’t help but spot a trend towards a Love Island aesthetic, suggesting it eroded the show’s genuine charm. Disappointed fans immediately took to social media to express their views. One user remarked: “I know we wanted a Love Island for the older people, but we also asked for it to be for the ‘Normal’ people. All these are older versions of the Love Island Casts.
