Privacy NoticeEmmerdale’s Will Taylor, played by Dean Andrews, is currently embroiled in a gripping blackmail storyline. Since joining the ITV soap in 2019, Will has been at the centre of numerous dramatic plots, with recent scenes showing him being blackmailed by an unknown individual following turmoil with his ex, Rose Jackson. Before Emmerdale, Dean, 61, had already built an impressive acting portfolio with roles in Life on Mars, Ashes to Ashes and Last Tango in Halifax. But it’s not just Emmerdale where Dean is on screens, as the actor has revealed his other TV role while responding to fans on Instagram.

The actor recently shared some sun-soaked snaps from his Italian getaway with wife Helen. Commenting on a picture, one fan asked: “Are you the voice over on the 24 hours in AandE xx”, to which Dean confirmed: “I am” with a thumbs up emoji. Away from the Dales, Dean lends his voice to Channel 5’s Casualty 24/7, a documentary series launched in 2018 that takes viewers inside the casualty department of a Barnsley hospital, reports the Mirror. Dean has recently celebrated his first year of marriage after tying the knot with his long-term love Helen Bowen-Green last summer. The couple said ‘I Do’ in a beautiful ceremony at a barn-style venue attended by his on-screen wife Claire King, aka Kim Tate. Helen looked absolutely stunning in a detailed lace gown with a flowing train and cut-out details at the top of the sleeves, while Dean looked dapper in a black tuxedo.

At the time, Dean admitted that he wed Helen after she told him she wouldn’t get married when he was over 60 – so the pair married on his 60th birthday. Speaking to The Mirror, he said: “We never found time to get wed. And then Helen said ‘I won’t marry someone over 60.’ So I thought. ‘I better get that sorted.’. “People did say ‘Deano, why get married at 60?’ but I’m happy to have found love with such a wonderful woman and [wanted to] celebrate that.”

After the wedding, fans were treated to a hilarious snap of Dean with his real-life and on-screen wives, Helen and Claire, posing together outside the wedding venue. Claire looked sensational in a vibrant orange pantsuit paired with a floral blouse and an eye-catching multicoloured fascinator, as she playfully lifted her leg and made a face for the camera. While Helen was spotted cheekily flicking a V-sign behind her new hubby’s head in the photo. Dean humorously captioned the moment, saying: “I was hoping my two wives would be a little more upset when they found out about each other but it looks like they don’t give two hoots. @hbg_indiarose #claireking @ emmerdale.” Marking their first wedding anniversary, Dean wrote: “I married this beautiful lady @helenbowensomething_ a year ago. It’s been the best of years and we have many more to come. Love you endlessly”.Story SavedYou can find this story in  My Bookmarks.Or by navigating to the user icon in the top right.Follow OK!
