Hints have been dropped that John could catch the eye of a certain villager, leading fans to theorise a possible romantic plotline involving him and Aaron Dingle (portrayed by Danny Miller). With details about John still under wraps, if he turns out to be Vic’s brother embarking on a love affair with Aaron, it would mean he’s romancing his brother Robert’s ex-lover. A fan took to X, previously known as Twitter, to share their prediction: “So, a Sugden is coming to #Emmerdale, he will connect with his sister Victoria then his car is gonna break down, we find out he’s Not Straight, and he’s gonna catch the eye of someone (Aaron is the only gay man left on the show now) and there will be a relationship on the horizon.”
