Teddy breaks the news to half-brother Billy and Honey Mitchell, revealing that he’s the new owner of the property. This prompts the couple to share the chilling history of the house – how previous owner Gray murdered his wife Chantelle and Tina Carter within its walls.

Unfazed by the grim revelation, Teddy faces another challenge when his oblivious son Harry makes an insensitive comment to a furious Chelsea. Teddy then takes it upon himself to march Harry over to number 20 to apologise, reminding him of the troubles they’ve left behind and the importance of making friends in Walford, reports the Daily Star. In an attempt to warm up to their new neighbours, Teddy suggests throwing a housewarming party. With his charm offensive in full swing, Teddy manages to get Kim and Chelsea on board.

However, the party takes an unexpected turn when Teddy reveals a last-minute clause he insisted on in his deal to buy Gray’s house, leaving Chelsea shocked. As the party continues, Harry approaches Teddy with some unsettling news – ‘you know who’ has been snooping around their old place trying to find out where they’ve moved to. Despite this, Teddy brushes off the comment, assuring Harry that he’s got everything under control. But the question remains – who is this mystery person hunting for Teddy?
