Gone was the familiar face of troubled Lucy, as the actress showed off her fresh-faced look with minimal makeup and a casual black jacket in a cosy Instagram picture with her mates. Hetti played character Lucy Beale from 2012 to 2015 and was the last of four stars to play the role before the character was killed off in the show’s 30 year anniversary special. Posting on her Instagram, Hetti shared: “Music is powerful. Creative minds are powerful. Here’s to a weekend of friends and festivals.”

Another glam shot saw the soap star rocking her chic black jacket combined with a stylish white mini skirt, reports the Mirror. In April 2017, three years after she left Albert Square, the actress was spotted pulling pints in a north London pub. Hetti, who subsidises her income with part-time bar work, gave punters a thrill when they spotted her in the pub in Islington. A source told the Sunday Mirror: “She was clearing glasses while punters watched football and smoked fags outside.” She was also seen loading the dishwasher and joining colleagues for cigarette breaks. The actress donned a simple outfit of ripped cropped jeans, a sleeveless black tank top and sporty sneakers for her shift.

The actress previously made headlines after revealing her disdain for her EastEnders character, agreeing with a sassy comment online by saying: “I’m glad Bobby killed Lucy too, I hated her.” The character of Lucy Beale, introduced to Eastenders in 1993, has long been controversial. Originally played by Eva Brittin-Snell, Beale’s story arc has included teenage pregnancy, abortion, cheating in exams, and several relationships, the most notable of which being with her best friend’s father, Max Branning, played by Jake Wood.

Hetti, who has also starred in Death in Paradise and Delicious has been turning heads with breathtaking Instagram displays of her radiant tan and stunning new lash lift a subtle enhancement she thanked her beautician for last May. Not one to shy away from the spotlight, she even dared to bare her toned midriff in a TikTok sensation in March 2020, stripping down to her bra and tracksuit bottoms in a sassy monochrome video, cheekily captioned: “New T&C for my dating ad when corona is over.” Hetti has been candid about her battle with sleep paralysis, which intensified following the onset of Covid in the UK.
