This led to fellow host Dermot O’Leary to ask: “When you dislocate a shoulder, what happens?” to which Alison explained: “It comes out your socket, you have to put it back in!” with Dermot asking: “Do you have to put it back?” as Sam clarified: “No, we’ve got a really good physio, Sharon!” Later in the interview, This Morning surprised the three Dancing On Ice finalists with sweet messages from their families and co-stars. Sam received support from some of his Coronation Street co-stars as they all cheered: “Good luck, Sam!” to which Bernie Winter star Jane Hazlegrove added: “You’re brilliant, mate!” George Shuttleworth star Tony Maudsley chimed in: “We love you, we miss you!”, pointing out Sam’s changing room, he sweetly continued: “We’re keeping it warm for you!”.

At the time, he said: “I’m nervous but excited to get going. “It’s going to be nice for the public to see me for me rather than Chesney.”, reports Leicestershire Live.
