However, things soon went haywire when Helen Flanagan revealed to the shocked group that she’d been secretly seeing someone else outside of the show. She expressed: “Unfortunately I am comparing everyone to him and it’s making it very difficult now when I’m dating.” Speaking directly to camera, dating coach Anna Williamson quipped: “Pardon, you’ve got a boyfriend? Why on Earth hasn’t she told us?” Mum-of-three Helen continued: “My feelings have just got stronger and more intense. I actually could see something with this guy at home being something really quite lovely. I think I am in love with him.”

A shocked Paul C Brunson responded: “Just to be clear, you have a boyfriend who you’re in love with. You have been dating him. Are those three correct?” A caught-out Helen nodded her head as Paul added: “That means you lied to us.” After watching the episode, fans flocked to social media to praise Paul’s response to the situation. One person wrote on Instagram: “If there’s anyone I wouldn’t wanna p**s off, it’s Paul.
