The 36 year old TV personality, known for his signature long dark waves and rugged stubble, has taken a break from his usual TV adventures to flaunt his dance moves on Strictly Come Dancing’s 2024 season. He’s teamed up with the talented Jowita Przystal. Pete’s no newbie to reality TV, having appeared on Celebs Go Dating, whipped up some treats on Celebrity MasterChef, braved Celebrity SAS: Who Dares Wins (twice!) and survived Celebrity Island with Bear Grylls.

It’s hard to imagine him without his iconic style of shoulder-skimming brown locks, full beard, and tattoos. But it turns out, Pete had quite a different image in the past. Taking us back to 2016, he posted an old photo where he looks almost unrecognisable sporting super short hair and just a single tattoo adorning his chest. On Instagram, he captioned the post: “Little #TBT to before the hair…must be 5/6 years ago! #Skinhead #TOWIE.”, reports the Mirror. His fans were quick to shower praise on the vintage Pete, with one proclaiming: “Looks good must say the long hair suits you but this makes your eyes pop.”
Another was smitten, exclaiming: “Wow look at his eyes so sexy like the rest of him. A girl can dream xx.” Some fans are absolutely loving Pete’s old look, with comments flooding in like: “Actually prefer it! Lovely eyes. Long hair suites you but the shaved look is fab.” Another admirer was effusive, saying: “Certainly prefer your hair like this.. your features show more and amazing xxx.” In another old pic from the OK! archives, Pete is seen totally fresh-faced without his beard and is virtually unrecognisable.

Amidst swirling rumours of singledom, Pete has also been linked to his Strictly dance partner Jowita. Pete’s best friend Sam Thompson teased some potential romance while chatting to Alison Hammond and Dermot O’Leary on This Morning, cheekily commenting: “I think they are in love,” before swiftly clarifying he believes their bond is just friendly. However, he couldn’t help but gush further, revealing: “He cares about her so much, the way he looks at her, I’ve never seen it before.
