Kate looked effortlessly chic during her solo shopping spree where she was spotted heading into the likes of Zara and Lululemon. She donned a cream crop top and matching cardigan, blue straight-leg jeans and casual white trainers. It comes after Liam’s mum reportedly fought back tears as she revealed how the family were all “worried sick” following the singer’s emergency hospital visit. Karen Payne told the Daily Mail at the time: “We are all worried sick about it but we just have to get on. It’s horrible – him being all the way over there. “He’s in Milan and it sounds like he’ll be there for a week. I feel helpless.”

She added: “All we can really do is sit it out here and hope for the best. There is nothing we can do. We feel helpless. “It’s such a horrible situation and we just hope he’s in the best place possible.” It was previously reported that the former One Direction star was celebrating his one year anniversary with Kate in Italy when he became ill at their holiday property and was rushed to hospital. A source told the Daily Mail: “Liam is in a bad way but he’s in the best place he can be and finally doctors will be able to get to the bottom of what is going on. “Naturally he is gutted that his and Kate’s trip to Lake Como has been ruined but at least she was there to help him when he fell ill.

“Doctors have warned him not to expect to be signed off to go home for at least another six days. “They want to do every test possible to understand the issue fully but they now suspect that there has been an underlying issue for a while that has been getting worse.” Last month, Liam announced the news that he had to cancel his upcoming tour after needing to “rest and recover”. Sharing a video to Instagram he added the caption: “It’s with a heavy heart I have to tell you that we have no other choice but to postpone my upcoming tour of South America. “Over the past week I’ve been in hospital with a serious kidney infection, it’s something I wouldn’t wish on anyone, and doctors orders are that I now need to rest and recover. “I was beyond excited to come play for you guys. To all of you who have bought tickets: I’m so sorry. We’re working to re-schedule the tour as soon as we possibly can, but for now we will be refunding the tickets – so please look out for updates from your point of purchase.”Thanks as always for the love and support, and look forward to seeing you soon.”Story SavedYou can find this story in  My Bookmarks.Or by navigating to the user icon in the top right.Follow OK!
