Privacy NoticeActress Jacqueline Jossa said she has been “so much happier” after making some lifestyle changes. The mum-of-two, who frequently shares her daily routine with fans, took part in a Q&A on Instagram, saying: “Let’s have a catch up , ask away.” One fan took the opportunity to ask the mum if she had changed her lifestyle recently because she looks “different.” The 31-year-old replied: “I really have, I will have a talk at some point but nothing drastic or too huge, just been moving so much more, trying to train three times a week, sometimes more and sometimes less and eat well. “Honestly, my mind set had just changed in the last 8 or so months and just got so into it. “I’ve been so much happier for it. I still have a way to go actually but I feel much better mentally.”

Touching on her new routine, another fan asked: “Can you inspire me with your gym routine please? you look amazing.” However Jacqueline said that she doesn’t want to share too much of her gym activity on social media because she’s no expert. She said: “I’m going to try and avoid gym advise and videos as I’m still so new and don’t want anything hurting themselves. “I love the classes at the gym. I do say 15 minute warming up on running machine. Walking and running. Then three sets of each exercise focusing on certain body party…adding core work and cardio in between.”

The lifestyle change comes as Jacqueline returned to EastEnders to reprise her role as Lauren Branning – five years after her departure. She added that she needs to make time alone to learn her lines, away from the children and her husband Dan Osborne, so her work doesn’t eat into her quality family time. On top of her on screen work, she also opened her own acting academy in 2019 and has a successful fashion line with In The Style. Jacqueline thanked her “amazing husband” , family, dad, and mother in law for helping her out juggle work and family life.
