Privacy NoticeBobby Brazier opened up about his life in a rare interview back in 2022. The 21 year old, who is Jeff Brazier and the late Jade Goody’s eldest son, recently revealed all about his modelling career, famous parents, and his intense morning routine which sees him set his alarm for 5am everyday. Bobby explained how in the mornings he’s “super Bobby”, and prioritises his “daily teachings” and exercise as soon as he wakes up. The EastEnders star and fashion model told The Face: “At five in the morning my alarm goes off, I reach to the side of my bed and get my book with the secret daily teachings. I’ll open it on a random page to take whatever I learn into my morning.”

He then told how he tidies his entire room, makes his bed, and begins some light breathing exercises before meditating for around 20 minutes. Bobby added: “Then I do breathing exercises to oxygenate my whole body. Then I meditate for 10 or 20 minutes.” Meditation has risen in popularity over recent years, and aims to help people to relax and focus their attention, while reducing stress and enhancing physical and emotional wellbeing. Once he’s relaxed, Bobby heads into his back garden at his family home, and he grounds his feet in the grass before making sure he does 100 press-ups. The star, who last year took part in Strictly Come Dancing, finishes off his routine with a cold shower, which makes sure he’s ready for the day ahead. While Bobby’s morning routine appears intense, it is probably what you can expect from a successful model, who has worked for the likes of Dolce & Gabbana and Tommy Hilfiger. Bobby revealed that he was scouted by a modelling agency while he was in a coffee shop with his dad Jeff, 42, after being suspended from school. He said: “On the way out of Costa, [the casting agent] ran up behind me and gave me his card. Then I went into this meeting with my headmaster with a big smile on my face!” Bobby went on to carve out a career in the fashion world, before being snapped up to star in EastEnders. The actor also opened up about his late mum, reality TV star Jade, who passed away from cervical cancer in 2009.

Bobby was just five years old when Jade passed away, and he explained how sometimes he avoids watching videos of her as it can reduce him to tears. He went on to add: “I feel like it’s unfair. I miss what could’ve been. I hear all the time she was such a presence, that she was one of a kind. What hurts most is that it wasn’t just losing anyone, it was losing Jade. I just would’ve loved to have seen what other people had seen.”Story SavedYou can find this story in My Bookmarks.Or by navigating to the user icon in the top right.Follow OK!
