Privacy Notice Helen Flanagan enjoyed some quality time at the beach with her new footballer boyfriend and three children over the weekend. Despite only meeting her new man, Robbie Talbot, earlier this year, the former Coronation Street star looks as loved up as ever in her new relationship. Taking to Instagram on Saturday, 12 October, Helen, 34, shared a series of snaps from a day spent at Formby Beach in Liverpool with Robbie, 44, and her three kids, Matilda, nine, Delilah, six, and Charlie, three, whom she shares with her footballer ex-Scott Sinclair. The Celebs Go Dating star beamed as she cuddled her son in one adorable snap while embracing the breezy British seaside, and in another cuddled up to her new man Robbie in an affectionate display.

Helen joyfully had her arms wrapped around Robbie while boasting a cosy tiger print fleece, black jeans and New Balance trainers – she had her blond locks tied up in an easy bun and make-up free look, showing off her glowing skin. Robbie, who held Helen closely in the snap, donned a blue body warmer, navy blue trousers and white trainers for their family day. In other photos, Helen provided a glimpse of Robbie’s relationship with her three children, who seemed to have given their seal of approval. In one moment from the day, Robbie held Matilda and Delilah’s hands as they kicked their legs up for a fun photo, and in another snap gave Helen’s oldest daughter a hug as they both smiled at the camera. Robbie, proving to be hands-on with her three children, looked to be keeping them entertained on the beach before carrying their coats and a cuddly toy as they headed back home. In the caption with the photos, Helen wrote: “Lovely day with my bf and my babies and autumn the fox as Delilah got star of the week.”

Another added: “Looks a really genuine guy got a good feeling about him and so good with your lovely children.” The former soap star and Robbie met in February at a restaurant in Alderley Edge, just days before Helen signed a contract to appear on E4’s Celebs Go Dating. Despite undeniable chemistry with her new man, Helen went ahead with the programme, even kissing potential dates. “I’d always wanted to do the show, it was a great opportunity,” Helen told OK! earlier this month. Robbie added, “We weren’t serious at that point, we were just dating. And we communicated the whole way through. I knew all along what was happening.”

Fast-forward eight months, the show has aired, their romance is officially out in the open, and they’ve been busy spending time with their combined children, with Robbie being a dad to Sophie, 14, and Carina, 10, from a previous relationship. Gushing over Robbie, Helen said: “I’ve never met anyone like him. He’s not only a lovely man, but he’s really, really funny. And he had the balls to chat me up! Usually, I don’t get that, but he has so much confidence. And he really takes care of me.” Opening up about welcoming more children, Helen confessed: “I’m always broody. But my pregnancies have always been hard. I suffer from hyperemesis gravidarum, so I get really terrible sickness. When I was pregnant with Charlie I had such guilt, even now, about not spending enough time with the others because I was poorly. But still, I can’t help but be broody.
